Service Design is Here! with Clive Grinyer, Head of Service Design at RCA

Ziba kicked off our design leader speaker event series with Clive Grinyer, Head of Service Design at the Royal College of Art in London. Clive led the Portland design community in a lively discussion about the expanding role that service design and customer experience are playing in delivering differentiated and sustainable human-centered solutions in Europe and throughout the world.

An acknowledged expert in design thinking, customer experience, service design, and digital transformation, Clive leads programs at RCA that apply human-centered design methods with system thinking to envision and deliver new breakthrough solutions for business and government entities. Having begun his career as a design consultant, in addition to his responsibilities at RCA, today Clive is a strategic advisor on user experience for Bosch, Innovate UK, and the National Health Service (NHS). Prior to RCA, Clive has set up and led design innovation teams across many global companies including Barclays Bank, Cisco, Samsung, and the European telecommunications giant Orange.
